Meet Skim King
Professional Work. Flawless Finishes.
With over 20 years of experience in the trade, I provide professional plastering and high-end finishes you can rely on. From full renovations to small repairs, no job is too big or too small.
I take pride in delivering clean, precise work and a finish that looks right when the job is complete. Whether I am reskimming a single damaged wall, plastering an entire room, working on a renovation or completing exterior rendering, the same attention to detail goes into the job.
Skim King provides plastering and skimming, rendering, plasterboarding and dry lining, traditional lime work and painting and decorating.
I also specialise in Venetian plastering, creating premium decorative finishes for clients looking for something more distinctive and luxurious.
Trade Experience
What Matters
Quality From Start To Finish
Good workmanship isn't just about how a wall looks when the plaster is wet. Preparation, reliability, cleanliness and the quality of the finished surface all matter.
Experienced
More than two decades of hands-on trade experience across plastering, finishing and property improvement work.
Precise
Careful preparation and attention to detail are central to achieving clean, smooth and professional finishes.
Reliable
Straightforward communication and a professional approach from the initial discussion through to completion.
Versatile
From small repairs to complete renovations and specialist Venetian finishes, projects of different sizes are welcome.
The Skim King Approach
No Job Too Big Or Too Small
Not every customer needs a complete house plastered. Sometimes it is a damaged ceiling, a single wall, a repair following other building work or one room that needs bringing back to a professional finish.
Those jobs matter just as much as the larger projects. At the other end of the scale, Skim King can also undertake full renovation work, complete rooms, extensions and substantial rendering projects.
Specialist Venetian Plastering
Venetian plastering is one of the specialist areas of the Skim King service and offers something very different from an ordinary painted wall.
These premium decorative finishes can create polished, textured and stone-inspired surfaces for feature walls, media walls and statement interiors.
