Walls, Ceilings & Interior Preparation
Plasterboarding & Dry Lining Carmarthen
Professional plasterboarding and dry lining for renovations, extensions, new walls and ceilings throughout Carmarthen and Carmarthenshire.
Professional Preparation
A Solid Base For A Quality Finish
Skim King provides professional plasterboarding and dry lining throughout Carmarthen and Carmarthenshire for homeowners, builders, landlords and property renovators.
Good plastering starts with good preparation. Properly installed boards create the surface required for a smooth and durable final skim, whether the project involves a new extension, altered room, damaged ceiling or complete renovation.
We can undertake plasterboarding as a standalone service or as part of a complete plastering and skimming project, taking the job from preparation through to the finished surface.
Work can include new walls, ceilings, partitions, repair areas and renovation projects where existing surfaces need to be replaced or upgraded before plastering.

One Tradesman From Preparation To Finish
Using the same experienced tradesman for the preparation and plaster finish can make the job much simpler. The boards can be installed with the final skim in mind rather than treating each stage as a separate job.
Skim King can prepare the walls and ceilings, complete the boarding and then provide the final smooth plaster finish.
Renovations & Extensions
From Bare Structure To Smooth Walls
Plasterboarding is often one of the key stages in a renovation or extension because it turns the internal structure into the walls and ceilings that will eventually be decorated and lived with.
Careful installation helps create straight edges, clean junctions and a sound surface for the plaster finish.
Once the boarding is complete, Skim King can also undertake the final plastering and skimming so the room is left ready for decorating.
